Learn how to prepare iconic traditional Sicilian dishes with our local chefs, amid stories, laughter and authentic ingredients. From fresh pasta to arancini, from cannoli to almond pastries, each recipe is a journey into the truest flavors of the island.

You can experience this in three exceptional settings: in the privacy of your own villa, in the spiritual atmosphere of the convent of Santa Maria del Gesù in Ispica, among the nature of the countryside in an ancient watermill – Mulino La Timpa -, or inside the fascinating caves of Cava Ispica.
